Battuta Hostel Amman – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Battuta Hostel! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations governing your use of our hostel facilities and services. By booking a stay or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Reservations & Payment:

Booking: Reservations can be made online through our website or booking platforms.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of check-in. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Noted that we do not take online payments, credit card information is required for authorization.
Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.

Check-In & Check-Out:

Check-in: Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available for an additional fee, subject to room availability.
Check-out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to room availability.
Self Check-in: Self check-in options are available for arrivals after midnight. Instructions will be provided in your confirmation email.

Guest Conduct:

Respect: We expect all guests to treat each other, staff, and property with respect. Disruptive behavior, violence, or threats will not be tolerated.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hostel. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors whether in the garden or on the rooftop.
Alcohol & Drugs: Consumption of Alcohol or possession of illegal substances is prohibited on the premises.
Curfew: There is no curfew at Battuta Hostel. However, guests are expected to be respectful of other guests and maintain quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hostel property or equipment during their stay.

Safety & Security:

Valuables: Battuta Hostel is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. We recommend using the lockers available in some rooms or storing valuables at the reception desk (if available).
Security Measures: We have security measures in place to ensure the safety of our guests and their belongings.

Cancellations & Modifications:

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy varies depending on the booking platform or rate plan chosen. Please refer to your confirmation email for specific details.
Modification Policy: Modifications to your reservation may be possible subject to availability and any applicable fees. Please contact the hostel directly to inquire about modifications.
